Your admin panel(cms) will allow you to gather in email addresses from you members and also registrants who just want to recieve news. You will then be able to create your own email which will look like your site and send it out to these addresses in the same manner as we send out emails from our test site.

SEO
Built into the cms is a powerful SEO tool. The jargon SEO means search engine optimisation and if you look on the internet you will see millions of firms offering to do this for you. If you also look on google you will see that they tell you how to get your site indexed properly. we have followed googles handy hints and find if you follow their formula it works( see our search engine section.) So we built this into the CMS and now each page on your site can be SEO'd for specific words and you can market your self to a much wider group on the internet.

Cross selling
We have built in to your CMS a cross selling module so that you can push to the viewers things that you want them to see by having prominent links on the pages. Each page can have its own links so in the societies section you can show special offers or news stories while on the members pages you can show member ship incentives etc.
