Payment terms -Packages : all our packages require half payment of the quoted cost for development and hosting prior to any work starting, and payment completion 2 weeks after the site is online. -Custom work : all custom work will be paid in 3 phases, 1/3 to start, 1/3 to go live, final payment will be one month after completion for any work that takes longer than 30 days. For jobs that are less than 30 days then the number of days for coding will represent the number of days post going live that the final payment is made. Hosting Our standard hosting charge for php website, mysql database, standard name and 3 pop emails is £200 + vat per year. Any site that we do not host will incur extra costs for redevelopment and setup on new servers. -SEO add on : the site is ready to be optimised for search engines but if you would wish to have our proffesional help you can take the SEO add on at a cost of £240 + vat per year. this will give you quarterly reports on what your site is doing on google and how you can improve it. we charge you 1.5 hours of work per quarter to do this -Support add on : if you feel you need more than email support you can take this add on at a cost of £240 + vat per year. This will give you reasonable access to our programmers by telephone. -Back up add on : We create CMS content managment systems in which we are resonsible for the code and the site owner is responsible for the site content. We can take help with responsibility for your content when you add to your hosting the back up option which will give you weekly back ups which are manually verified once a month at a cost of £200+vat. Please note verification is only that the database is not corrupt. -Copy over : if you have an existing site in theory you should use this oportuntity to build the new site with fresh text but should you not want to we can supply copy over facilites on an hourly rate fo £20 +vat per hour.
